Please follow the instructions carefully: Please sign your name legibly (or as legibly as you want it to look) with a heavy felt pen - like a Sharpie. Please try to make it as large as possible - filling up an 8.5" X 11" piece of paper is ideal. Scan the piece of paper - 300 dpi resolution of the scan is preferable. Save the scan in either .jpg, .gif, or .eps format, and submit it with this order. We will digitize your signature for embroidery, and email you a SIMULATED proof prior to placing your signature on your shirt. NOTE - this does NOT include the actual embroidery on your shirts.
